As we enter the final stretch of 2025, the October–November–December (OND) period marks the most critical sales quarter in the spirits industry. However, for Caribbean Smooth RumShaker, our peak season has just concluded. The Spring/Summer period (April through September) represents our most significant window of consumer engagement and sales activity. We have officially wrapped up our first successful season with strong month-to-month growth.
- RumShaker grew from 108 bottles in November to a peak of 1,044 in June, an 866% increase in less than a year.
- This indicates accelerating market traction and validates growing consumer demand for RumShaker Premium Cocktails.

Celebrating One Year
We successfully relaunched the RumShaker Premium Cocktails brand in November 2024, following a strategic pivot from Ou-Oui! Liqueur in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic. Adopting a deliberate “crawl–walk–run” approach, we’ve focused on sustainable growth, and the results reflect steady progress.
Our first production run in October 2024 yielded 190 9L cases of Island Passion and Island Sunset, initially packaged in plain, unbranded boxes. Our first retail partner, Eddi’s Package in Decatur, placed the opening order of three cases that November. By year-end, RumShaker products were available in five stores and three restaurants.
Today, just less than one year later, RumShaker is proudly distributed in 30 retail stores, 13 restaurants, and 2 bars, with expectations to reach our goal of 50 total accounts by the end of 2025.
This month marks our fifth production run, now at 400 9L cases, which will supply our retail and restaurant partners through the holiday season. By December 31, 2025, we project cumulative sales of approximately 900 9L cases since relaunch.
Looking ahead to 2026, we plan three to four production runs, maintaining volumes of roughly 400 cases per cycle. Our focus will remain on expanding our footprint across metro Atlanta and greater Georgia, targeting an additional 25 retail stores and 10 restaurants/bars. We also anticipate implementing a strategic price adjustment designed to enhance retail turnover and strengthen our market position.
“…Shook the House”

In May, we launched a series of strategic brand activations at the renowned Mable House Barnes Amphitheatre in Cobb County. Through exclusive access to thousands of concertgoers, we introduced audiences to A REAL Taste of the Islands and showcased the deliciously unique RumShaker experience. Our flagship flavors: Island Passion and Island Sunset made an immediate impact, selling out before the end of the concert on the first two consecutive nights. The Passionade and Lemongria lemonade cocktails emerged as clear favorites among female consumers, while the higher-proof SunSplash cocktail resonated strongly with male attendees. Collectively, these offerings dominated cocktail sales throughout the 15-concert summer series. The activation provided valuable opportunities for direct consumer engagement through our experiential station and significantly increased bar traffic. Venue management credited RumShaker with “creating excitement not seen at Mable House in years,” noting that “RumShaker shook the House” The initiative validated our core business proposition: RumShaker’s 1.75L format delivers operational efficiency, speed of service, consistency, and higher profitability for high-volume venues. We look forward to returning next summer to once again deliver A REAL Taste of the Islands at Mable House.
Time To Go: Scaling to the next level
It’s time to take RumShaker to the next stage of growth. We are beginning the process of raising outside capital to evolve from a strong local business into a regional company and ultimately, a national brand. This is an exciting yet pivotal moment, as the decisions made during this phase will shape our long-term trajectory. Our crawl-walk-run strategy remains central to how we scale responsibly and sustainably. In particular, distribution and marketing are two critical areas that require significant investment to build brand awareness, expand our retail presence, and strengthen consumer loyalty. To support this next phase, we are launching a convertible note raise of up to $1 million. The funds will be allocated toward:
- Expanding our geographic footprint and distribution network
- Accelerating brand marketing and consumer engagement
- Developing new product line extensions
- Hiring key personnel to strengthen operations and execution
This capital raise is expected to continue through the end of 2026. I have already begun discussions with potential investors who share our vision and are strategically positioned to help drive RumShaker’s growth.
